MEET THE FOUNDER

I believe rest is one of the most compassionate things you can offer yourself.

I'm a pre-licensed therapist and mental health educator who works with high-achieving women learning to rest, new mothers navigating postpartum identity, and churches wanting to care well for the people striving inside them. My own path through graduate school, ministry, and early motherhood shaped the way I practice with warmth, honesty, and a deep respect for how complicated it is to be a whole person.

Outside of session, I write, teach, and consult on the emotional lives of women and communities who are often praised for their strength and rarely asked how they're really doing. I believe rest is one of the most compassionate things you can offer yourself, and one of the most countercultural things a community can offer its people.

PHILOSOPHY

Therapy can be a place to come back to yourself and rest.

Abstract landscape for philosophy section

We live in a world that often demands we stay in motion, pushing through emotional awareness to meet the next milestone. Here, the therapeutic approach is different. It is an invitation to pause and navigate change not by striving harder, but by leaning into self-understanding and deep reflection.

By centering compassion and exploring the core of your values and identity, we create space for you to see yourself clearly. Whether you are moving through a significant life transition or seeking quiet clarity, therapy becomes a bridge back to your authentic self, a place where you are allowed to rest and simply be.
